Our Uni-Lok instrumentation ball valves provide complete shut-off capabilities for both gas and fluid applications. Whether you need repetitive or routine shut-off, we have the ideal solution to meet your requirements.
Our range encompasses low pressure to extreme high-pressure applications, this includes high temperature, corrosive and highly demanding services.
A range of materials and seating options ensures our valves are suitable for a wide range of services, delivering optimal performance across various applications.
VB3 and VB3X series ball valves feature minimal dead volume, making them ideal for analytical applications where preventing fluid entrapment and contamination is critical.
Our VB6 series valves feature an internally live-loaded ball stem, ensuring dependable sealing in both low and high-pressure CNG applications. Equipped with PEEK and PCTFE seats for full CNG compatibility, these valves are designed for a wide range of onshore and offshore uses, delivering safe and reliable performance even under demanding conditions.
Our Ball valves come with multiple end connections, panel mount options, and handle locking devices.
Every Uni-Lok Ball valve undergoes rigorous factory testing with air and nitrogen at 1,000 Psi (69 bar) to ensure seat and packing integrity, adhering to a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 scc/min. An optional hydrostatic shell test can also be performed at 1.5 times the working pressure for added assurance. Oxygen service valves can be cleaned to your specifications, with material certification as a standard EN10204 3.1 with every valve, EN10204 3.2 Certification is available upon request and certified through TUV.
