Tube Benders, Tube Cutters and Tube Deburrers

Fluidline is a proud sole distributor of Ridgid tube Benders and Tube Cutters in South Africa. Ridgid Tube benders have long been the equivalent to Swagelok & Parker tube benders. Tube benders are required for bending hard tubes such as Stainless-steel seamless tube, Stainless 316Ti seamless tube, Steel tube and titanium tubes. A simple two-stage handle design easily switches to bend up to 180°, keeping bends in-plane and accurate.

• In-Plane: Two-stage design allows bends from 90° to 180° without ever crossing handles; lock/unlock with a half-turn rotation of the bending handle.
• Accurate: Roll dies in bending carriage reduce tube flattening (ovality). Gain marks on front of form ensure properly aligned bending angles.

Tube Cutters

Fluidline provides tube cutters to compliment its range of stainless steel tubing. RIDGID Model 150 and 150-L Constant Swing Tubing Cutters, including heavy-duty versions, these have been upgraded with new X-CEL™ features for enhanced productivity.

Same Great Basic Design:

Models 150 and 150-L still provide best-in-class cutting accuracy and cutter wheel life, a constant swing radius design that makes them useful in tight space applications and an enclosed feed screw, to prevent clogging or jamming. In addition, a spare cutter wheel is still included in the knob for maximum uptime, and a fold-away reamer is stored in the frame for proper tube preparation.

Tube Deburrers

Tube Deburrers play a vital role in preparing stainless-steel seamless tubes for compression or tube fittings by ensuring a leak-tight connection. By removing burrs and rough edges from both the inner (ID) and outer (OD) surfaces after cutting the tube, tube Deburrers achieve a clean, smooth finish before assembly of the tube and compression fitting.
