Stainless steel seamless tubes are particularly effective in fluid transfer and pressure containment systems, for instrumentation, hydraulic and various industrial solutions.

Stainless steel seamless tubing is extensively used in heat exchanger manufacturing. Our heat exchanger tubes are available in lengths of up to 11,8 metres, with 6.1 metre lengths as the standard ex-stock option from our warehouse.

• Ease of Installation: Tubes offer significant advantages over traditional piping systems. They are easier to bend using a tube bender, reducing the number of connections and potential leak points. Additionally, tubes are lighter and less bulky than pipes, eliminating the need for threading.
• Weldability: Seamless tubes can be welded, including orbital welding, or used with tube fittings, making them highly versatile for various applications.
• Surface Finish: Seamless tubes are required to be “free of scale” and are available with either an annealed & pickled or bright annealed finish. We should say something that ex-stock is annealed & pickled
• Certification: Tubes are certified and manufactured in compliance with ASTM A269 and ASTM A213 standards. All Fluidline stainless steel tubing includes an EN 10302 3.2 certificate as standard, setting us apart from other stockists in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Traceability: Each length of tube is fully traceable in accordance with the above specifications.
• Special Requirements: Tubes are supplied with plugged ends as standard. Additionally, we offer oxygen cleaning and individual wrapping upon request.
