Pressure Tech Hydraulic Pressure Regulators

In high pressure systems, regulator selection directly influences stability, service life and operator confidence. The Pressure Tech hydraulic range featured by Fluidline is designed for applications where accurate pressure control and robust internal design matter, not only at start up but throughout the life of the system.

Compact and Economic for Harsh Service Conditions

The HYD691 is a great option for mineral oil service, while incorporating a ceramic seat for long service life. For water glycol applications, the LF690 and LF691 also provides ceramic seating, with a wide choice of Cv values and high-pressure capabilities up to 1380 bar, helping protect against the harsh service conditions common in water based hydraulic systems.

Speed and Control

Where a system needs both speed and control, the DF1034 uses a dual flow design with a cascaded main valve. This allows quick fill of lines together with finer downstream control. The LGC690 is aimed at logic control systems such as wellhead control panels, where low deadband and repeatable pressure control are critical. For higher flow duties, the MF414 uses a balanced main valve design to maintain stable control under varying inlet pressures.

Reliable Regulators and Low Maintenance
